Honey Whipped Sugar Scrub

I have improved on my previous formula and made this a bit lighter and more whipped by incorporating a small amount of my signature whipped bath butter formula along with all of the original ingredients.  This makes it where it's not just a sugar scrub, but also an exfoliating and foamy bath butter and wash. I've also added honeyquat and Oat extract to give this even more skin loving benefits and truly a luxury items
